Anuradha Nayar

Anuradha Nayar, My wife is my strength and support. Anuradha Nayar is a Journalist, Softskills Trainer and a Classical dancer. She conducts summer workshops, Anuradha Nayar’s Softskills workshop with the intention of boosting the communication skills and innate talents of youngsters to help them to develop as toppers in the society. The workshop gives emphasis on nature, communication, archeology, Current Affairs and drama to kindle the interest of children in nature, history and the like.

She is actively involved in a non-Governmental Organization for mentally and physically challenged girl children, called ‘Ashraya’ and functions as one of its Advisors.

Her passion for teaching and her love for children attracted her towards the loving and challenging career of a teacher. She considers herself lucky for getting an oppurtunity to work as a teacher in The School, one of the prestigious schools in India or rather a school with a difference.

The School  KFI… where teaching is done in a manner that is relevant, meaningful, and memorable. It’s about caring for your craft, having a passion for it, and conveying that passion to everyone, most importantly to your students by bridging the gap between theory and practice. Here teachers are taught that good teaching is about listening, questioning, being responsive, and remembering that each student and class is different… that teaching is about being human, that good teaching is about humor, is about caring, nurturing, and developing minds and talents. It’s about devoting time, often invisible, to every student.

At the end of the day, good teaching is about having fun.

The School KFI was a dream come true for her where she found a platform to synchronize her own ideas of a perfect teacher and a perfect school with the ideas of a school with a difference.

When ever she becomes  bogged down with pent – up emotions she just picks up her pen a paper and begin to write until she is stress free. It is her philosophy that when you write you become calm and more at peace with your self.  It is not for any particular person or about any particular incident but unforced, from the heart writing is, without any doubt  therapeutic which may become the essence of our being.
